Most people refer to their hard disk and RAM as “all memory” on the computer.  In fact, technicians rarely take the time to explain that there is a difference.  RAM is “Random Access Memory”. This is where the program loads when you click on the icon. Usually referred to as “How many Gigabytes do I have?”  The hard disk is where you install the program so you can access it later.  These are two different things.  If you have no space left on your hard disk, you may need to upgrade your disk drive or clean out old files.  We take the time to educate you on the differences of “Memory” so you can make an educated decision on what you will purchase.

All parts are purchased for you new and sold to you at cost with the manufacturers’ warranty.  We hold no stock, therefore a 50% commitment fee will be due at time of hardware purchase and applied to your bill as a credit.
